Awareness Through Movement® is a somatic practice engaging sensory awareness, attention, and movement to enhance the way you experience yourself and relate to the world. These lessons support emotional regulation, mental clarity, performance, creativity, and the discovery of new pathways for living and being. Classes are grounded in the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education and incorporate principles of Somatic Experiencing®, poetry, and other musings. No experience is necessary. All abilities welcome.
